Biography

Mr. Rixck W. Barsi-Giah is a career professional with over 19 years of technical expertise in Communications, Information Management, social work, and general office administration. He has spent all these years in private, public, and non-profit sectors. He has a strong track record of client engagement and proactive problem-solving skills. He holds a Master of Arts (MA/MECOM) in Energy Economics from Rice University in Houston, Texas, USA. Before coming to NOCAL as Vice President for Technical Services, Mr. Barsi-Giah served in several key positions: Former Deputy Minister for Technical Services, Ministry Of Information, Culture Affairs, And Tourism, R.L, Former Assistant Minister for Technical Services, Ministry Of Information, Culture Affairs, And Tourism, R.L, Former Secretary-General of Montserrado County-Unity Party, R.L, and Former Coordinator of President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf & then Vice President Joseph N. Boakai Campaign County. He brings a wealth of experience to the team and is instrumental in forming partnerships. He has excellent communication skills and has held many leadership positions within the country.
