Honorable Rustonlyn Suacoco Dennis is currently the President/Chief Executive Officer of the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL). She acquired a Master of Science (MSc) Degree in Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, in 2013. Then, in September 2024, Hon. Dennis obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the Lewis Arthur Grams School of Law. Her professional journey began as a classroom teacher, where she taught students from primary through Senior High levels from 2004 to 2008. In 2010, Hon. Dennis graduated from the University of Liberia with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geology. Before she joined the Executive branch of Government, Hon. Rustonlyn Suacoco Dennis represented Electoral District #4, Montserrado County in the 54th Legislature as a lawmaker. She contributed her expertise in lawmaking, representation, and oversight in this role. She also served as an expert member on various committees in the House of Representatives, providing leadership in the legislature, particularly on the committee on hydrocarbon.
